Employee was bolting using 8' cable bolts. When he put the plate and pie pan on and shoved it toward the front of the bolter, the back end of the bolt hit the mine floor and then flew up and hit him in the upper right cheek bone. This caused a small laceration and needed a couple of stitches to close wound in the cheek.
