Unplanned roof fall occurred at break #19 old #3 belt entry between spad #328 and #332. No injuries or entrapment or equipment involved. No escapeway, walkway. Fall was approx 10-12' in h x 30'l x 20'w. Ventilation involved by 1 Kennedy panel was blown out in Kennedy stopping which short circuited a portion of intake into area of old works - MSHA has investigated
