Employee was preparing to change an air pump. he laid out his tools, moved pump into crosscut and was looking for a good spot to cut existing air line. Knowing the line needed cut he had opened his razor knife and set it aside when pump began to tip over. Employee reached to secure pump & in the process sliced himself with razor knife.
