An unintentional roof fall occurred at the New Future Mine 1st West Longwall Intake Travelway, Entry #2 at 2125 West, CC.# 17. The fall was approx. 20' in length, approx. 17 ' in width and approx. 10' thick. the fall did not affect ventilation. The fall will be cleaned up.
