Narrative

An employee was working underground running a shuttle car on the #2 unit. He started experiencing chest pains. The employee was transported to hospital and released a couple hours later. Employee was told he was suffering from indigestion and a panic attack. This should not be charged to the mine. This is not a mine related illness.
