A fall was discovered at #5 Mains Section (#52 crosscut, #3-#6 Headings). The fall was 100' inby the feeder. The fall did cover the section PC. The area was bolted with 8' Super Twist bolts and 16' cable bolts. No ventilation or people were affected.
