Narrative

An employee was using a forklift to move a bore miner tooling plate. After having transported the load, he was attempting to reposition the tooling plate so it could be placed on the mine floor when the load shifted resulting in the employees finger being pinched between the mine rib and the plate. The employee sustained a fracture to the end of the finger.
