## Narrative

EE stated he was in the process of turning the fire hydrant on to fill the steam cleaner. As he was walking next to the hydrant he tripped over the main shut off valve pipe that extended 6"" above ground level He fell on his left shoulder. The injury became reportable on 8/1 when he was issued a prescription medication and released to work with restrictions.
