Narrative

Employee was closing a hatch on top of a tanker. He was positioned underneath the lime load out spout. Some lime dropped from the load out spout and landed on the back of his neck and fell in between his shirt and his back. The sweat on his neck and back caused the lime to reaction causing a burn injury.
