Narrative

Injured employee was pushing a dead coal hauler out of the way with his ramcar and the hitch on his went into the bucket of the one he was pushing. This car went over a small hill in travelway and raised his off the ground. When it came loose and his coal hauler hit the ground it threw him up into the canopy of his ramcar, causing multiple injuries.
