EE had just exited the boom truck bucket and was walking away when he felt a pain in his left knee.  EE reported the incident on 8/10, but denied medical treatment on 8/11 EE came to work and requested medical treatment. EE was taken to the clinic; he was placed on restrictions and returned to work.
