## Narrative

Emp. was using a 24"" pipe wrench to turn motor sheave to move output shaft of reducer. Emp. got his rihgt hand index finger caught between the wrench and bottom half of the guard. Emp. finger was smashed and cut. He will have surgery to repair on 08/24/2011.
