## Narrative

Employee found a leak on inlet line to cell, locked out line and began to repair it. As he cut the 2"" PVC line, the lined rocked back and forth, causing the glued part attached to the valve to come off, spraying employee in the face with solution. He was taken to the doctor, given a prescription and returned to work.
