Narrative

While working the midnight shift a belt repair man was struck in the mouth by a piece of belt structure. He had laid a bottom roller down against the rib it fell and struck another piece of structure that was laying on the ground and that piece of structure flipped up and struck him in the mouth breaking a tooth.
