## Narrative

Employee attempted to repair a piece of 3 1/2"" drill steel (used as grizzly bars) that broke off the static screen.  Employee failed to secure the broken drill steel after placing it in its receiving saddle.  The drill steel fell from its cradle resulting in a fractured and lacerated left index finger.
