## Narrative

EE was helping his co-worker changing out a return roller on the PC2 conveyor. Upon completion of the task, co-worker handed EE a 3lb. hammer. EE stated that he started to ""drop"" the hammer so he swung the hammer upward to keep it from falling and during this action the hammer handle struck him on the mouth chipping his two front teeth.
