Narrative

EE was repairing ""dog bone"" on the face side of the pan line when multiple rocks fell between the shields striking the EE in the right leg. The EE received 6 sutures in the right leg. On 9/19/11 injured began losing time due to infection of the laceration. He had not missed any time before this.
