Narrative

EE was attempting to remove forks from the battery end of a 636 scoop which was to be sent out of mine. Bolts securing the forks had been removed. EE placed his hands under the forks and attempted to move the forks when they broke loose, pinching his right third and forth finger between mine bottom and the fork, resulting in a laceration requiring sutures to close.
