An unintentional roof fall was discovered at 2:15pm at #6xc, #1 to #3 entry, Cedar Grove, Return Shaft area. The roof rock was approximately 6' to 8' high, 18' wide, and 140' long. MSHA and WVMHST were notified in a timely manner.
