Tight quarters, overhead work. Sitting on bucket cramped position, lack of mobility. This injury only came to attention on 9/13/11 after receiving L&I Documents in the mail . EE did not report injury at the time it happened, nor did he fill out an accident report. EE had no lost nor has he requested light duty. EE's physician has not contacted company to restrict work.
