Narrative

IE was sent outby the section to get hog panels for the roof bolters on the section. He used a wooden handle brass handle to secure the strap attached to the coal hauler that he was driving. When pulled the wooden handle snapped and a piece of the wooden handle broke, hitting the IE in the lower lip causing a small puncture which required 2 stitches.
