Narrative

Employee was replacing a hydraulic tank, and in the process a hand full of dirt was knocked down, and some of the particles got past his safety glasses & into his left eye. he went to medic. we took him to ER/eye doctor. a rust ring was removed from his eye. no days missed. full release back to work
