Narrative

While placing an impact gun on a table with his left hand, employee states that he felt a ""pop"" in his left shoulder & then an intense pain. Suspected tear. He is not to use his left arm/shoulder. We cannot accommodate these restrictions, therefore this is now a lost time incident.
