Narrative

Employee was installing a pin (7""x20"", 210 lbs) into a 2570 drag chain clevice.The pin was installed thru the top hole and came to rest against the flange of the bottom hole. Employee removed the hoist strap and tried to turn the pin by hand. The pin slipped into the bottom hole, pinching his finger between the pin top and side of clevice.
