While ""hammer drilling"" a 1 5/8' hole thru a concrete wall, the bit got caught on a piece of rebar embedded in the wall causing the ""hammer drill"" to twist out of the operators hands, causing him to fall forward hitting the ""hammer drill"" with his mouth and cracking one (1) of his front teeth.
