Employee was working on rail crew on 9/29/11. He then went on days off. He called from his home the next morning (9/30) stating that he believes a R. eye irritation occurred sometime during his shift on 9/29/11. He did not recall any specific event. He went to eye doctor & foreign body was removed from his eye & preventive RX issued. Full release given. No days missed.
