## Narrative

Employee, scoop operator, was rock dusting in #6 entry, operator had his hand on the top of scoop door when scoop quit tramming. Employee recycled the tram pedal and scoop moved forward striking rib, a rock fell striking employee on his little finger of left hand smashing it against scoop door. The little finger was damaged to the extent that it has to be amputated
