Employee removed hard hat and walked into a roof bolt, resulting in a laceration to his head. Employee came out from underground and went to doctor, where he received staples and then was released back to work. Employee still complained of pain, went to Comp Center the next day where he was seen by a different doctor and ordered to stay off work until next visit on October 14th.
