A roof fall was found by pre-shift examiner at 7:00am on Oct 8, 2011. The fall was in a four way intersection at xc 29 main south, blocking access to #10 main east seal. The fall is approx 20'wide X 100'long X 10'high. Area was mined Sept of 1983, and had been supported with 8' full resin pins.
