Narrative

After locking and tagging out the #4 screw bowl he removed the inspection cover and found it full of coal fines. To remove fines, he punched them with his right fist. The blades were still rotating and he lacerated the back of his hand. Ligament damage required surgery. No time was missed and he returned to his normal duties.
