## Narrative

Miner was barring down a piece of loose in the 5050 Vein 20.  While scaling, a rock approximately the size of a baseball came down and hit his scaling bar and then struck him on the hat which in turn was pushed down onto the bridge of his nose causing a laceration that required stitches.
