Narrative

Employee was walking underground. As he walked up to a ventilation curtain to remove it he felt pain in his right ankle & stumbled & fell to the mine floor. He ruptured his right Achilles tendon. He is scheduled to have surgery to repair the tear. Employee has a history of problems due to repeated trauma of walking.
