Two employee's were unloading an oxygen bottle ""+70 lbs"" from a trailer to the drag line parts trailer. They were carrying the bottle horizontally and as they started lowering it into position the employee that was holding the bottom end felt sharp pain in his right arm on the inside just above his elbow.
