Narrative

EE received laceration on inside of forearm (3 stitches), laceration on outside of forearm (7 stitches) and 3 stitches to sew up laceration on elbow when a come-along slipped while tightening it on the pin-mill shaft. He fell back against metal framework that is welded to pin-mill, causing the injuries. He was taken to the hospital ER and returned to work the next shift.
