## Narrative

Employees were trying to dislodge an oversize rock that was stuck in the crusher hopper. They had opened an 18"" work door to jackhammer the rock. After 4 hours of work, a smaller baseball size rock fell on to the crusher reel and the spinning motion sent the rock flying out the access door striking the employee in the face/nose. INJURY WAS TREATED AS FIRST AID UNTIL 10/25
