## Narrative

Injured employee was attempting to install trolley wire on the 15 Left section. While holding the trolley wore with a pipe wrench and twisting the wire to place it in the hanger the wire slipped and he reached to grab it with his left hand and felt pain in his shoulder, resulting in a strain.
