## Narrative

EE was lifting a 25 lb tote with 20 gallons of water in it.  He attempted to lift the tote to dump it when he felt a pop in his right forearm.  The tote was lifted approximately knee high and he was using his left hand to lift the tote and his right hand to guide it.
