## Narrative

Two employees were lifting a piece of 1"" plate steel, they were carrying it from the ground into the back of a pick up truck. One employee slipped in the snow, this allowed the plate to fall onto the injured miners foot. The injured miners foot was bruised from inby the steel toe portion of the boot. He was placed on restricted duty for two days.
