Narrative

Employee from the SX-EW was leaving the top of the cell 7 section. When he stepped down he lost his balance due to uneven ground, and fell onto left knee. 10 minuets later he felt pain in his left knee. He was treated as first aid, and was seen in the ER department 11/6/11. Treated for knee pain.
