Narrative

Worker was placing a piece of casing into the back of a tractor. As he slid the casing into the back, it rotated and rolled out of his hands. His index and middle finger was smashed between th e casing and rack causing the index finger to be amputated just below the finger tip. The middle finger had a broken bone and laceration.
