Employee was grinding on a 14"" pipe using a 4-1/2"" angle grinder. He was repositioning the pipe when he lost his grip on the grinder. He reached for the falling grinder and jammed his hand into the work table causing a fracture to his right middle finger. He is restricted to ""No use of right hand"". These restrictions cannot be accommodated. He is now a Lost TIME case.
