Narrative

Injured was helping to reload a scoop battery on to the forks of a scoop when the crib used to prop the battery up rolled out and caught his left index and middle finger between the crib and the fork of the scoop. The lacerations required 8 sutures to close. No time was lost since he returned his next regularly scheduled shift. He was not scheduled to work on 11/5 or 11/6.
