## Narrative

EE and 2 other repairmen were removing the #1 ESP discharge hopper covers after unit shutdown to cool. Hot dust flushed down from inside the hopper and fell onto EE's lower left leg and safety shoe causing burns requiring medical attention and restricted days to heal.
