Narrative

Employee was helping a heavy duty repairman install a (2) section belt clamp on a conveyor belt. EE did not realized his right middle finger was between the belt clamps and when the repairman tightened the side tension clamps with an impact guy, his finger was caught between the upper and lower belt clamps.
