Narrative

Employee was changing hoses on the right roof bolter, offside boom hinge, had hand up on roof bolter when a piece of rock fell from top striking his right ring finger. Roof showed no signs or warnings of draw rock. Rock was approx 2.5ft X 1.5ft X 2-3"" thick.
