Narrative

Injured employee was dismounting surface drill on 11/04/2011, when he stepped on a rock and twisted his left ankle. He went to the doctor and was released to return to work. He continued to work his regularly scheduled shifts until 11/16/2011, that's when he went back to the doctor for continued discomfort. He was diagnosed with a sprain and excused from work on 11/16/2011.
