Narrative

EE was shoveling cement dust. The dust circulating in the air landed on neck and body moisture on his skin caused the area to be irritated. After a few days his neck became very red and painful. EE was taken to a Med Center and treated. He was given prescription medicine and 2 days away from work. The back of his neck has improved in appearance and minimum pain.
