## Narrative

Employee was slabbing an area in 4 entry from 38-39 room on the right side of the entry. He had advanced approximately 50 feet when piece of rock fell from the overhanging brow. The piece measured 20'x18""x8"" & struck the employee on the right shoulder pushing him into the miner where he struck his left leg on the miner.
