## Narrative

Individual was assisting in moving the Cat Fletcher Bolter. He grabbed onto a rib bolt while stamping on a piece of curtain which was stuck in the cats of the bolter. The bolter moved jerking the curtain out from under his feet causing him to fall. The right hand was holding the rib strap, cutting through the glove causing a laceration on right middle finger.
