## Narrative

Injured employee was dismounting a D-11 Dozer when he slipped and fell causing a 2nd degree burn to his hand and bilateral knee pain. He was seen at the ER and released to return to work by the ER physician.  Injured employee return to his physician on 11/28/2011 for continued knee discomfort and was excused from work on 11/28/2011.
